PetrophysicsHenderson Petrophysics - A supplier of formation evaluation consulting services.
Client - The person, firm, company or other entity for whom Henderson Petrophysics is providing services or supplying products.
Personnel - The officers, directors, owners, employees, agents, contractors and subcontractors.
Data Interpretation
Interpretation of wireline log data or other information obtained to aid in the evaluation of the clients well, field or interest are opinions based upon inferences from measurements, empirical relationships and assumptions which are not infallible. Henderson Petrophysics cannot and does not warrant the accuracy or correctness or completeness of any such interpretation. The client retains full responsibility for all decisions regarding the property, well, or field.
Data Transmission and Storage
Henderson Petrophysics does not warrant the accuracy of log or other data and will not be responsible for accidental or intentional interception of or tampering with such data by others.
Henderson Petrophysics personnel will not, without the written consent of Client, divulge to outside parties any information obtained by Henderson Petrophysics from or through Client, third party, or otherwise developed or obtained by Henderson Petrophysics in connection with the performance of services, unless (a) the information is known to Henderson Petrophysics prior to obtaining it from Client or third party, (b) the information is, at the time of disclosure by Henderson Petrophysics, then in the public domain, or (c) the information is obtained by Henderson Petrophysics from an outside party who did not receive it directly or indirectly from Client or third party.
Henderson Petrophysics shall operate as and have the status of an independent contractor and shall not act as or be an agent or employee of Client or third party. For this reason, Henderson Petrophysics personnel shall not be entitled to Workers Compensation, health insurance, or similar benefits or other insurance protection provided by Client or its affiliates. Henderson Petrophysics shall make arrangements for payment of hospital and medical costs in connection with any injury or illness and other insurance coverage for the activities to be performed hereunder.
Payment of invoices shall be made in full within thirty (30) days of the date of the invoice. All payments shall be made in Australian dollars.
Travel via common carrier transportation necessitated in the course of services performed for the client or otherwise directed by the client will be expensed at cost to the client.
Travel via Henderson Petrophysics personnel automobile will be charged to the client at a rate of thirty-five (35) cents per kilometer.
Business Class or equivalent class seating, if available, will be expensed to the client for flights of longer than 3 hours. Coach class seating will be expensed to the client for flights less than 3 hours.
Work permits and Visa's are to be provided by the client.
